Overview of Vending World

Vending World is a distributor for refurbished vending machines and we are the largest of its kind in California. We incorporated in California in 1990. Vending World is located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.

Do you serve customers locally or nationwide?

We have retail and wholesale customers throughout the United States.

How did you get started in this business?

I started repairing and selling coin operated machines when I was 16 years old and built from that. Then, later I focused on vending instead of amusement and others.

What kind of challenges did you face starting your vending business?

Originally, we were undercapitalized. I had to develop contacts in order to buy equipment.

Why do your customer prefer to do business with you?

Our customers choose to do business with us because we provide excellent tech support after the sale and we carry many replacement parts. In addition, we offer flat rate exchanges on coin mechs and validators.

In your opinion what is the future of vending industry?

The vending industry has changed a lot in the last two years. Now a days, for larger accounts, vendors need to install machines that accept $5 bills and credit cards.

What kind of advice would you give to someone looking to start their own vending business?

When you start a vending machine business, you can start small with one soda machine and build from there. Many of our current customers that have over 100 machines today started with just one machine.

What is the best way for customers to contact you?

Customers can email us at vendingworld@yahoo.com

There are still opportunities in this business if you are careful about securing accounts and not buying new equipment as it is very expensive.
